About the role

Senior Account Manager focused on AI-native startups and scaleups in Germany, driving adoption of NVIDIA AI platforms, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Engage AI Natives startups, scaleups, and labs to understand goals, strategies, and needs; define and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Act as ambassador for AI native companies across ecosystems (developer communities, cloud partners, solution providers, enterprises).
  • Partner with Developer Relations, Solution Architects, Business Development, engineering, and GTM channels to drive demand for NVIDIA AI platforms; codify customer value proposition.
  • Lead a virtual team of technical, business, and marketing resources across NVIDIA and partners to drive mutual success.
  • Build partner and customer references and case studies.
  • Watch for and develop emerging use cases to cultivate new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events to represent NVIDIA and recruit/engage the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a leading University, Master’s/MBA or meaningful experience.
  • 8+ years of significant work experience in AI Natives, startup, scaleup, or labs ecosystem.
  • Ability to quantify market opportunities, craft strategy, define initiatives and outcomes, and orchestrate resources to achieve outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of AI industry business development and driving adoption/growth of generative and agentic AI solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to work across engineering, sales, marketing, executives, partners, customers, and content developers.
  • Understanding of NVIDIA's full stack architecture across software, servers, and cloud.
