About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager to help deliver NVIDIA's GPU Software roadmap, including kernel components, drivers, and firmware. Lead cross-functional planning, align chipset/product roadmap with software capacity, and drive execution efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team and peers to build, represent and carry out detailed plans for the team's work
  • Align chipset and product roadmap with software team capacity roadmap and balance global priorities
  • Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps
  • Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups
  • Partner with hardware, release planning, and customers to gain a complete picture of software at NVIDIA
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency

Qualifications

  • 12+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside long-term planning and process/improvement initiatives
