About the role

Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors in a fast-paced, in-office role based in Arlington, VA. Requires proactive, confidential, and highly organized support including calendar, travel, procurement, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Management of domestic and international travel
  • Management of procurement and expenses
  • Management of key team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands, supply ordering, etc.)
  • Drive and track completion of key deliverables; follow up on overdue items and projects
  • Organize, prioritize and manage time-sensitive, confidential information; ensure action items are executed
  • Work closely with leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support
  • Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
  • Project/program management: Support cyclical operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
