  • - Partner with technical architects to define electronics development roadmap and translate into quarterly priorities.
  • - Align embedded software investments to program milestones coordinating real-time control, sensor, communications, and system health workstreams with hardware readiness.
  • - Drive safety architecture delivery by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring hardware aligns with safety requirements and gates.
  • - Coordinate embedded software architecture decisions with platform, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
  • - Manage contract manufacturers and bring-up for electrical subsystems, including PCB assembly test fixtures, end-of-line programming, and production readiness reviews.
  • - Own reliability and environmental test program across thermal, vibration, EMC, and ESD scopes.
  • - Serve as integration point across mechanical, software, and science teams; resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • - Manage vendor/partner relationships for PCB assemblies, wiring harnesses, sensors, battery systems, and charging electronics.
