About the role

Part-time clinical recruiter role focused on managing candidate-facing stages of the hiring process for clinicians (therapists and psychologists) serving senior patients. Remote USA-based with flexible 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Screen: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing
  • Interview & assess: Conduct clinician interviews, evaluate clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against rubrics
  • Communicate: Keep clinicians informed and engaged with a 5-star candidate experience
  • Track: Maintain recruitment pipeline in ATS with accurate stages, notes, and statuses
  • Coordinate: Partner with Provider Growth team to hand off candidates through pipeline stages (offer, onboarding)
