About the role

Part-time Clinical Recruiter to support Sailor Health's clinical team by managing candidate-facing stages of the hiring process for therapists and psychologists serving older adults. Remote (Canada); approx. 20-25 hours/week with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Screen: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing
  • Interview & assess: Conduct clinician interviews, evaluate clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against rubrics
  • Communicate: Keep clinicians informed and engaged throughout their journey to ensure a 5-star candidate experience
  • Track: Maintain recruitment pipeline in applicant tracking system with accurate stages, notes, and statuses
  • Coordinate: Partner with the Provider Growth team to hand off candidates through pipeline stages (e.g., offer, onboarding)

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical recruiting or healthcare staffing preferred
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent organization and candidate management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible remote environment
