About the role

Part-time AI Trainer to annotate data, provide feedback, and test AI for mortgage-related conversations. Remote role with ~10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Annotate and label data from mortgage-related conversations.
  • Give feedback on AI responses to improve accuracy and usefulness.
  • Train the AI system to handle mortgage servicing phone calls better.
  • Test the AI for issues including response quality, customer experience, explanation quality, and realism.
  • Work ~10 hours per week on flexible schedules.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a customer service agent for a mortgage servicing company.
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry, including escrow, payment questions, loss mitigation calls, QRPC requirements, servicing transfer questions, and customer conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Reliable internet and computer for remote work.

Nitish patented Verkada’s motion search system and was the youngest tech lead at the company at 23. While building Redfin's Mortgage Marketplace Rishi realized traditional lenders didn't have the infrastructure to service online inquiries and were losing customers. Nitish and Rishi are building Kastle to help traditional financial services companies better interface with their customers.
