About the role

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. The Startup Program Lead will own LiveKit Startups, a program that provides early-stage teams building voice AI with credits and the stack they need to reach a working product, through a single application.

Responsibilities

  • Own the LiveKit Startups Program end-to-end: what's in the offer, how founders find it, how quickly they hear back, and what their experience is once they're in.
  • Open new front doors. Establish and manage relationships with accelerators and funds (e.g., YC, Founders Inc, Boost VC, HF0, South Park Commons, a16z and beyond).
  • Bring more of the stack into the program by partnering with speech and voice model providers and negotiating those partnerships.
  • Run the operations that make the program trustworthy: application review and approval, provisioning, partner reporting, and a monthly cycle that closes accurately every time.
  • Own the program's health: tracking participation and success metrics (teams joined, working agent in first week, user satisfaction/retention).
  • Be the founders' voice inside LiveKit by sharing feedback with product, docs, and pricing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in startup programs, ecosystem or platform partnerships, developer growth, or GTM at a developer infrastructure company. Founder experience counts.
  • Built a program from scratch: written criteria, terms, landing page, and follow-up email.
  • Comfortable on the commercial side with ability to structure a partner agreement and manage external relationships.
  • Technically credible with developers: able to discuss architecture with founders without an engineer in the room, even if not writing production code.
  • Operationally rigorous with ability to manage a repeating monthly cycle.
