About the role

Internship in Marketing Content & Communication focusing on content localization, website management, WeChat, and event support in Shanghai for a 4–5 month period.

Responsibilities

  • Global/APAC Content Localization & Translation (35%): Localize and translate marketing materials for the Chinese market (website pages, articles, whitepapers, business cases).
  • Website & Digital Ecosystem Management (30%): Regular content updates for Chinese and APAC websites; align with global messaging; support content creation for global channels (LinkedIn, newsletters).
  • WeChat Accounts Support (25%): For WeChat Official Account—page design, proofreading, publication; WeChat video account—create engaging short-form video content, basic video editing, overall account management, performance monitoring.
  • Offline event and others (10%): Manage events logistics, participant communication, on-site support, and other ad hoc marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Expected to graduate in 2027, pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business, English Language, or related fields.
  • Able to commit to 3 days per week for 4–5 months in Shanghai.
  • Strong interest in data and AI industry; excellent English proficiency (written and spoken). IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 100+.
  • Solid knowledge of the Chinese digital marketing ecosystem (WeChat, Baidu).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Good design sense; experience with Canva, Xiumi Editor, and Jianying is a strong advantage.
