About the role

Head of People France, guarantor of the HR strategy and execution for the France office, member of the France Codir, partnering with leadership to align business performance, staffing and talent development in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the HR roadmap for France in alignment with group strategy and bureau business objectives
  • Steer the function with metrics: HR KPIs, turnover, costs, team performance
  • Represent HR at the France Codir and challenge leadership with legitimacy
  • Manage Talent Reviews, evaluation cycles, career paths and identification of high potentials
  • Evolve compensation, training and talent development policies in line with group guidelines
  • Promote company culture, engagement and retention of employees
  • Lead Talent Acquisition strategy to support office growth
  • Ensure quality onboarding experience and rapid integration of new hires
  • Oversee payroll and personnel administration
  • Ensure social and regulatory compliance (labor law, Syntec convention) and manage industrial relations
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams and Partners to align staffing with project needs
  • Manage and develop the France People team, deploy and professionalize processes, collaborate with US/UK/APAC People teams

Qualifications

  • Significant HR experience (~10 years), ideally in consulting, tech or data/analytics
  • Experience as a board-level member with business partner posture
  • Mastery of French labor law and knowledge of Syntec convention is appreciated
  • Professional English in a international environment
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to drive via metrics
  • Demonstrated managerial courage and ability to challenge with tact
  • Strong People-centric culture and talent management
  • Strong listening, availability and presence with teams
  • Results-oriented mindset
