About the role

Chief of Staff to the CFO, responsible for cross-functional initiatives, strategy support, KPI oversight, and driving growth, scaling, and innovation across business units.

Responsibilities

  • As Chief of Staff (m/w/d) you work closely with the CFO and the entire management team to discuss and challenge strategic decisions, coordinate efficiency improvements, and steer cross-departmental projects or initiate them
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful completion of projects, focusing on growth, scaling, and innovation
  • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, maintaining open communication across teams to foster a productive work climate
  • Keep KPIs in view with senior leadership to ensure achievement of company goals
  • Collaborate across Business Units to identify challenges, formulate solutions, and drive change
  • Support a wide range of topics including end-to-end project management for key business priorities; responsible for strategic flagship projects and helping define overall company strategy

Qualifications

  • Business studies or a comparable education as the foundation of professional expertise
  • Several years of work experience (ideally as Chief of Staff) with solid knowledge in Business Development or strategy development
  • Startup mentality and comfort with agile, dynamic work environments
  • Strong negotiation and execution capability with proactive, structured approach
  • Excellent organizational talent, leadership abilities, and capacity to inspire teams
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, strong communication skills, and pragmatic mindset
  • Experience analyzing complex topics and preparing decision briefs for management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage divergent stakeholder interests
  • Willingness to travel and work at Munich, Berlin or other company locations
  • Fluent German and English proficiency
