About the role
Role focused on guiding chickens into loading areas and loading them into crates, with physical requirements including repetitive heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Set up equipment for safe operations
- Guide chickens into loading area in humane manner
- Loading of poultry into holding crates on to transport truck
- Work as a team to handle chickens without startling or angering birds
- Manual collection of chickens
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Comfortable working with livestock
