About the role

Recruiting Sourcer role at Datadog focusing on building and maintaining candidate pipelines for complex and senior-level roles, partnering with recruiters and engaging passive candidates, with hybrid remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill, and senior-level positions using various sources (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Sourcing Campaigns, Google X Ray searching, event attendee lists, etc.)
  • Amplify and champion job openings internally and leverage employee networks to find hidden talent
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, leverage data and track progress for stakeholders
  • Use proactive research to find talent off the radar, including diverse talent
  • Map the talent market and monitor talent flow, market attrition, and target companies
  • Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Sourcer in a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • strong communication and detail-oriented
  • tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates
  • ability to work independently on multiple roles
  • proven track record of engaging talent through sourcing tools and converting passive prospects into candidates
  • creative, innovative, intellectually curious and results-driven
