About the role

Recruiting Sourcer responsible for building and managing pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill and senior roles; partners with recruiters, engages passive candidates, and tells the Datadog story.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard to fill and senior level positions using various sourcing tools and methods
  • Amplify and champion job openings internally and leverage employee networks to find hidden talent
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, track progress and share insights with stakeholders
  • Conduct research to identify talent sources beyond traditional channels, including diverse candidates
  • Map talent market dynamics, including talent flow and market attrition, to guide recruiting strategy
  • Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Sourcer, either with a search firm or in-house recruitment
  • High sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Tenacious, passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proven ability to engage talent and convert passive prospects into candidates
  • Creative, innovative, intellectually curious and results-driven
