About the role
Building Maintenance Technician position at Epic Den Bosch, responsible for day-to-day upkeep and support of building systems in a newly renovated headquarters, including collaboration with vendors and event setup.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture)
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
- Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
- Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed)
