About the role

NVIDIA seeks a Customer Solution Architect to join the Applications Engineering team to lead embedded solutions, collaborate with hardware design, and drive partner enablement from NPI through mass production, focusing on embedded architectures and high-performance AI/compute solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Tier-1 and key OEM customers and internal teams to develop future Embedded architectures and roadmaps.
  • Work with hardware design, firmware, software, sensors validation and AI algorithm teams to integrate NVIDIA's Embedded solutions into customers’ products.
  • Define system-level requirements and specifications for Embedded architectures using NVIDIA SoC solutions, while maintaining design documentation, test plans, and other customer enablement materials.
  • Evaluate and enhance system performance, power efficiency, and thermomechanical integration, while providing feedback to internal teams for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams at NVIDIA to ensure customer solutions are highly optimized for top performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ overall years of proven experience
  • BS or equivalent degree in EE/CE/CS engineering field or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical (TME) engineering, with experience from board design to integration of large-scale Automotive and Robotic systems
  • Consistent track record of leading a team and working with multidisciplinary groups (hardware, firmware, software, validation, project management, sensors, and AI algorithm developers)
  • In-depth knowledge of AI hardware products and applications
  • Exceptional communication skills, external and internal, with strong collaboration abilities
  • A deep passion for complex problem-solving on technical and process levels, with understanding of broader implications and trade-offs
