About the role

Senior full-stack engineer for GeForce NOW cloud gaming, spanning Windows, Mac, frontend, backend, networking, web, and native development. Technical domain authority across multiple applications and product lines to craft the future of the GeForce NOW experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver high performance applications for web, desktop, mobile and TV platforms.
  • Work closely with PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build next generation products using Angular & React.
  • Work closely with operations for reliability and scalability of features.
  • Work with backend architects to build RESTful APIs.
  • Web or mobile application development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across languages.
  • Develop and optimize front-end UI for cross-platform consistency.
  • Develop complex, responsive native and web applications.
  • Optimize application for maximum performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Build front-end code templates using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON/XML as well as JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, React, and GruntJS, Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF).
  • Collaborate on design reviews with Architects on the team.

Qualifications

  • B.E./MTech Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in end user facing application development.
  • Proven work portfolio of cross platform and scalable applications for end users.
  • Good communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Extensive experience consuming RESTful web-services.
  • Create configuration, build, and test scripts for CI environments, deployment, and web security.
  • Experience with distributed source control systems – Git, Jenkins.
  • Passion for user experience design and usability.
  • Strong experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Hands-on knowledge of application security.
