About the role

Senior Technical Delivery Manager responsible for leading a technical delivery team delivering InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster projects across India and APAC, with end-to-end technical control, customer engagement, and alignment with NVIDIA DC product standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technical team (size: a few to dozens of members) of Senior Networking (ETH/IB) Solutions Architects and technical specialists, overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, coaching, and retention; provide overall technical control for InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery projects in the region.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and operational reliability of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers in India and APAC, focusing on InfiniBand networking, HPC clusters, and AI orchestration tools (e.g., BCM - Base Command Manager).
  • Lead technical decision-making for complex delivery projects across AI technology and full-stack DC technologies (storage, server, networking, virtualization, GPU).
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes for network provisioning, system design, automation, and post-deployment support (monitoring, logging, alerting).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product, support) to align delivery strategies with NVIDIA’s product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships (including Chinese customers) and partners across India and APAC, serving as technical leadership for large-scale AI/HPC delivery projects.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and NVIDIA quality requirements; manage delivery timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, track project progress, and communicate status and solutions to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS/PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive technical experience in data center infrastructure; 5+ years of people management leading a team (size: 10+)
  • Strong technical background in NVIDIA DC products (networking, InfiniBand, AI orchestration tools like BCM), GPU-accelerated infrastructure, and full-stack data center technologies (storage, server, networking, virtualization)
  • Deep expertise in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, data center architecture, InfiniBand; hands-on in medium to large-scale HPC/AI environments
  • Experience overseeing end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure projects with focus on performance, reliability, customer satisfaction
  • Strong people management, coaching, collaboration, and accountability in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent customer-facing and written/verbal communication in multiple languages (including Chinese)
  • Solid understanding of the India business model and ability to support regional delivery across time zones
  • Proven track record resolving complex technical challenges and driving delivery process improvements
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, able to balance technical oversight with people management
