About the role

Amazon Web Services role focusing on operating, engineering, and scaling a massive, always-on distributed cloud platform. Part of the PEET team, you’ll design and build operational scalability, diagnose platform issues, automate, and work with cloud infrastructure at scale. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Deploying, operating, and scaling a massive always-on distributed system core to AWS
  • Designing and building operational scalability to sustain platform growth
  • Operating, diagnosing, measuring, and automating platform systems
  • Engineering systems on a massive scale in a fast-moving environment
  • Providing platform diagnosis, response, and incident management

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or above, or Cloud+ or GICSP or GSEC or SSCP
  • 3+ years Linux systems administration experience
  • 3+ years technical troubleshooting / support experience
  • 2+ years of networking experience (TCP/IP)
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
