About the role

Program Manager II responsible for designing and optimizing Amazon's end-to-end fulfillment network topology in the MX region, applying supply chain engineering and network modeling to inform node placement, lane structure, middle-mile routing, and capacity allocation. Partners with cross-functional teams to balance delivery speed, cost-to-serve, and growth, shaping future footprint and network evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver complex, cross-functional programs focused on network design logistics and fulfillment operations, working autonomously while seeking guidance as needed.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to improve delivery speed metrics month-over-month, making appropriate trade-offs between time, quality, and resources.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and develop solutions that enhance the end-to-end fulfillment network performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner teams to implement network improvements that balance operational efficiency with customer experience.
  • Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance system quality and operational excellence across the fulfillment network.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
