About the role

AWS Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) is building AI solutions to empower businesses with Amazon AI teammates. The Agentic WorkSpaces Client team develops the front-end client software to securely access and operate desktop and web applications for enterprise agents, supporting secure access, governance, observability, and human oversight at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate customer-facing capabilities across native and web clients for agentic workloads.
  • Own features from design through production, collaborate with teams across AWS, and maintain high security, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Address secure session connectivity, client lifecycle, cross-platform architecture, user experience, performance, software updates, operational telemetry, and integrations supporting human and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
