About the role

Senior AI/ML-focused delivery consultant for AWS ProServe ASEAN, blending executive advisory capability, business acumen, and deep technical expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning to lead large-scale cloud-based transformations and implementations for enterprise customers in ASEAN.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customer technologists and business leaders on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning on AWS to design scalable AI solutions delivering measurable business value
  • Discuss complex industry-specific business and technology concepts with senior customer stakeholders across FSI, Telecommunications, and Retail
  • Lead executive and technical workshops to identify transformation opportunities and define AI/ML-driven outcomes
  • Drive large and complex engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation through architecture design, scoping, execution, and delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight to ensure alignment on scope, architecture, deliverables, timelines, risks, and business outcomes
  • Act as trusted advisor guiding AI and cloud transformation initiatives while balancing governance, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Mentor consultants and delivery teams, promoting AWS best practices and high standards of technical and delivery excellence

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
  • Experience with training and deploying machine learning systems for large-scale optimizations or strong customer-facing problem-resolution skills under pressure
  • 5+ years building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications
  • Strategic thinking about business, solutions and technical challenges
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in ASEAN region with ability to travel to customer locations in ASEAN as needed for pre-sales and delivery activities
