About the role

Senior Financial Analyst role focusing on EU Operations FP&A to optimize finances, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cost efficiency through financial modeling, reporting, and cross-functional partnership within Amazon’s Operations Finance and Stores organizations.

Responsibilities

  • - Build financial models to drive business decisions and make judgement calls on challenges using your understanding of Amazon’s cost structure
  • “- Lead projects by overseeing timelines, priorities, auditing quality and resolving issues
  • “- Generate insights from financial data, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and communicate findings with the leadership team to drive business actions
  • “- Own the financial reporting, create scalable processes and monitor teams for accuracy
  • “- Onboard, develop and mentor team members in areas of financial reporting for accuracy, create best practice materials and promote knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree or above
  • “- Experience in a finance role leading a project or program and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a business
  • “- Experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau
  • “- Experience in financial modeling
