About the role

Program Manager to drive Selection by redefining how RBS identifies, prioritizes, and closes Selection gaps, focusing on opportunities with sizeable revenue potential. Responsible for strategy, metrics, automation, and cross-functional execution within the Vendor Success Program (VSP) at Amazon BLR.

Responsibilities

  • Own Selection Strategy and Prioritization: redefine prioritization framework, identify gaps and opportunities, size revenue potential, deploy prioritization to determine products/vendors/items to address first.
  • Define and own key Selection metrics: define KPIs, build automated tracking, monitor movements, analyze root causes, translate insights into interventions, measure impact of initiatives.
  • Automation and Process Improvement: leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions, drive adoption of Selection AI tools among Account Managers, enable scale, collaborate with Tech and BI teams to improve efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Execution: partner with Account Managers, Profitability, Catalogue, and Instock to address upstream causes of Selection loss, influence stakeholders, drive execution and outcomes.
  • Communication with Senior Leadership: translate technical complexity into clear narratives, secure buy-in for initiatives amidst competing priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
