About the role

Experienced Security Consulting professional serving customers and partners with security architecture guidance, risk management, and cloud security implementation across large-scale environments. Focuses on information and cyber security management, regulatory compliance, and leading customer engagements within AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical leader for customer engagements, particularly the security workstreams, leading teams of consultants.
  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead internal security initiatives that deliver quantifiable impact, and develop strategic relationships with internal and external security leaders.
  • Enable and engage delivery partners to support secure project delivery and drive adoption of security best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to develop others in cloud security, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience
  • 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on infrastructure, troubleshooting, systems administration, networking, DevOps or applications development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
