About the role

Engineered to design, build, and operate the infrastructure and tools powering Amazon Leo Builder Product Services, including engineering applications, AWS Cloud infrastructure, and on-premises servers. Focus on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, Agile environment for a large-scale hybrid-cloud satellite broadband system.

Responsibilities

  • - Design build and maintain infrastructure as code for our hybrid-cloud Siemens engineering applications
  • - Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime, scalability, and reliability of applications and Infrastructure
  • - Analyze current infrastructure capacity and forecast future needs to support organizational growth.
  • - Day to day support of existing Siemens applications on AWS and on-premise
  • - Automate Siemens deployment and administration of Siemens engineering tools
  • - Drive an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence,
  • - Anticipate bottlenecks, make trade-offs, and encourage risk-taking to maximize business benefit
  • - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings

Qualifications

  • - Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
  • - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
  • - Experience with Linux/Unix
  • - Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Skills
