About the role

Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join Amazon Leo (Project Kuiper) to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and operations across Leo, leveraging AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
  • 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
