About the role

Senior Product Manager (Tech) to conceptualize and develop AI-powered solutions to measure and improve the shopping experience. Own Tier-1 CX and supply chain metrics, collaborate with BI, data engineering, and research science teams, define roadmaps, and drive adoption of scalable, production-ready solutions across Amazon’s global supply chain and shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal customers to understand use cases, drive requirements, UI design, feature development priority, and product adoption/effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive product roadmaps.
  • Define product strategy and vision, and own the product roadmap and related literature.
  • Address bottlenecks, balance business and customer needs with technical constraints.
  • Own production of business metrics for Availability data-products, detecting anomalies, long-term trends, and insight generation.
  • Lead technical product development for new strategic initiatives.
  • Own Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, Use Cases, and Product Strategy documents.
  • Evaluate technical solutions, decompose complex problems, and propose effective technical approaches.
  • Partner with multiple tech and product teams across locations to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
