About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to support Air Force (DAF) customers, driving growth and shaping emerging technologies for the warfighter. The role requires translating customer requirements into technology solutions, leading cross-functional programs, and delivering measurable customer outcomes within DoD contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate delivery against customer outcomes as part of a cross-functional account team
  • Manage an existing portfolio of mission-critical USAF customers
  • Ensure successful execution and value realization across USAF programs supporting command and control, weather, intelligence, and OCONUS missions
  • Drive adoption strategies, collaborate across AWS, and engage with customers and industry partners to influence and accelerate cloud and AI adoption

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
