About the role

Interactive Experience Designer role within Brand Innovation Lab, combining UX design, visual design, and build to translate campaign objectives into production-ready experiences using Figma and Webflow.

Responsibilities

  • Design mocks for the physical and digital components of a campaign experience with other Designers, Art Directors and Writers
  • Own the customer journey and wireframe components
  • Translate art direction and copy into visual design through layout, typography, and CX as campaigns move into production
  • Conduct user testing to inform design decisions
  • Ensure client asset delivery is accurate and optimized for creative use
  • Design high-fidelity layouts in Figma and build production-ready pages in Webflow
  • Deliver pre-production design files for review
  • Incorporate feedback from internal and client stakeholders with speed and skill
  • Collaborate with the Design Technologist on file hand-off and ensure accessibility standards are considered
  • Work with teammates across functions and time zones from concept through delivery
  • Participate in creative reviews and client presentations
  • Prepare mock-ups for campaigns across multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital design, brand, or advertising environments
  • Experience communicating clearly with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in design/build tools (Figma, Webflow) and digital production workflows
