About the role

AWS Infrastructure Services team pursuing a lead full-stack engineer to shape a greenfield security AI-powered product, focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and operating scalable security management solutions within AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement key features of the security management system using Rust and/or Java
  • Lead and influence teams of developers to deliver global, highly available, and scalable services
  • Apply advanced security techniques to enhance the system's defenses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technology into the security management process

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
