About the role

Senior Enterprise Account Manager focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for AWS in enterprise Travel & Hospitality vertical; combines sales and technical acumen to engage CXO level and IT stakeholders; operates in a three-seller team and develops territory/account plans with quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of a three (3) seller team structure, with one Principal Account Manager account lead, one Senior Account Manager, and one Account Manager
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expect moderate travel
  • Operate as a collaborative team member in a multi-seller cross-functional team
  • Set the standard for account management practices
  • Provide input into the creation of team goals
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to one team strategy and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively and collaboratively as part of multi-seller team with up to 20 matrixed team members

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
