About the role

Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of LatAm Seller services, focusing on proactive, process-driven administration, calendar management across locations/time zones, travel planning, communications, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support the VP, working across multiple locations/time zones
  • Demonstrate agility in reprioritizing workload based on shifting business needs
  • Craft detailed, efficient international travel itineraries that optimize time and productivity
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders
  • Conceptualize and execute a diverse range of team events, from social gatherings to large-scale staff meeting agendas, global team meetings, and off-sites
  • Communication Management (internal communications and announcements, presentation edits, internal & external email communications, etc.)
  • Project Management (tracking key deliverables and action items, reporting, maintaining operational metrics or KPIs for the business, change management, space planning, etc.)
  • Independent ownership and leadership of administrative processes and staff across the org

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
  • Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
