About the role

The GPV team protects marketplace integrity through product verification and authentication, focusing on counterfeit prevention, expiration compliance, and product condition accuracy across international markets. The role involves inspecting and auditing products sold by third-party sellers, following procedures, and contributing to GMP/compliance within GPV.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product investigations
  • Follow established investigation procedures
  • Focus on low to medium complexity issues
  • Update investigation tracking systems
  • Attend team meetings
  • Verify products meet global quality standards and analyze product deviations across international markets as part of GPV investigation techniques

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
  • Experience using computers and the internet
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience working with large datasets, determining trends/patterns which can be used for value decisions
