About the role

Cloud Architect with GenAI experience focusing on real-time Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Big Data, and Modern Data Strategy to deliver data analytics solutions and GenAI-enabled engagements for AWS customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and use services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Quicksight and Amazon Bedrock.
  • Deliver technical engagements with partners and customers, including pre-sales visits, requirements gathering, creating consulting proposals and packaged data analytics service offerings.
  • Lead engagements proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions spanning private and public cloud environments; include migration and modernization of data applications and development of new data applications using AWS services.
  • Coordinate with AWS engineering and support teams to relay partner and customer needs to influence roadmaps and provide feedback on implementation challenges to improve adoption and value of AWS cloud services.
  • Explore ambitious possibilities with GenAI and Data Analytics to satisfy business needs and deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role experience
  • 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics implementation, with deep expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design and deployment (e.g. Informatica, Glue, DBT, PySpark)
  • Hands-on experience implementing AWS and/or third-party data analytics services (e.g. Redshift, Glue, LakeFormation, Databricks, dbt, Spark)
