About the role

Technical solutions architecture leadership role directing AI & Growth Partner Solutions Architect teams across ASEAN, setting technical strategy, enabling partner ecosystems, and driving co-sell and implementation motions for AI/ML solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Set the technical vision, Migration & Modernization and AI acceleration strategy across teams, identifying enablement needs and opportunities for shared tooling and reference architectures.
  • Stay current on AWS AI/ML services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Quick, Kiro etc.) and industry trends to inform partner guidance and co-build motions.
  • Build mechanisms to measure and improve partner technical outcomes including Migration & Modernization, AI competency and Managed Services certifications, validated AI solution designs, Marketplace listings, and customer wins.
  • Drive partner enablement programs for AI Partners and Growth Partners, ensuring effective use of generative AI, agentic tools, foundation models, and ML services.
  • Establish technical bar-raising mechanisms to ensure production-quality AI/ML solutions for end customers.
  • Serve as senior technical voice to AI Partner and Growth Partner executives, building trusted advisor relationships at CTO/VP Engineering level.
  • Represent partner needs internally, influencing AWS AI service teams and product roadmaps for ASEAN.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PDMs, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Professional Services to drive holistic partner success.
  • Present at partner events, AWS Summits, and industry forums to elevate AWS AI technical thought leadership in ASEAN.
  • Cultivate relationships with AI Partner founders and Growth Partner leadership to drive co-innovation and joint GTM motions.
  • Define and track team goals and performance metrics aligned to ASEAN priorities and business outcomes.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top technical talent across ASEAN; foster diverse, inclusive, high-performing culture across countries.
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms, reporting, and continuous improvement across both team charters.
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization across AI Partner and Growth Partner engagement models.

Qualifications

  • - 10+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • - 2+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider
  • - 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud transformations
  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles
