About the role

Program Manager for Selection Intelligence at Amazon Mexico, responsible for designing and owning the selection intelligence strategy, building scalable frameworks to convert signals into actionable selection leads for the Mexico marketplace, and partnering with tech, science, and business teams to automate and accelerate discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the selection intelligence strategy, defining how we surface high-signal opportunities from internal and external data sources
  • Build scalable frameworks that convert market signals into prioritized selection leads for the Mexico marketplace
  • Partner with tech, science, and business teams to automate and accelerate the selection discovery process
  • Use SQL, data analysis, and AI tools to drive insight generation and decision-making at scale
  • Influence the selection roadmap by translating data into clear business recommendations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • English fluency (speaking, writing, reading) and ability to take direction in English
