About the role

Amazon Mexico seeks a manager to lead Retail Productivity Charters, owning strategy, offshore team coordination, and central tools to drive productivity and automation in Retail Operations. Responsible for strategy, resource planning, and task assignments for offshore resources, driving profitable growth and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy, tasks and resource allocation of offshore teams
  • Understand and challenge business metrics to drive productivity
  • Benchmark WW stores and bring the best to MX
  • Be the MX Single point of contact for WW tools to drive productivity and automation in Retail Operations
  • Help the Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists simplify their work thru scalable mechanisms

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
  • Bachelor's degree
