About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs and build the infrastructure behind the LLM-based Amazon Rufus conversational experience within the Amazon App/Desktop, coordinating across multiple teams and senior leadership to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus.
  • Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs.
  • Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.
  • Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
