About the role

Engagement Manager to lead delivery quality and velocity across multiple workstreams, orchestrating large teams to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) customers within AWS Professional Services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions
  • Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and success definitions; escalate blockers as needed
  • Define and track measurable customer business outcomes (e.g., time-to-market acceleration) as the north star for program success; translate delivery progress into executive-ready value narratives
  • Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial management, change requests, and scope for fixed-price, milestone-based delivery
  • Influence human builder and agent builder teams; establish operating models and guardrails for AI-augmented development workflows
  • Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across programs; adapt delivery models for accelerated scale; establish governance for AI-native builds and multi-agent systems
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agentic AI in delivery (observability, cost controls, human-in-the-loop, compliance)
  • Proactively surface ideas for ProServe and AWS teams to innovate and accelerate customer outcomes

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • - 2+ years Healthcare/Life Sciences industry technology problem-solving experience
  • - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or in delivering financial models/analysis with measurable impact
  • - 5+ years in technology transformation program management, leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs ($5M+/year in professional services revenue) end-to-end
  • - Experience adopting/championing emerging delivery methodologies and tooling; experience adapting governance for new technology-driven delivery models
