Town is an AI-powered assistant that connects to your tools to do real work on your behalf, focusing on growth through optimizing the invite flow, conversion funnel, and dashboards to drive monetization and enterprise expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Virality and the invite flow: improve inviting new users, optimize word-of-mouth growth, run experiments around credits and incentives to increase virality.
  • Conversion and monetization: focus on the user path from free to paid and from individual to team; build and monitor dashboards tracking invites per user, conversion to paid, credit economics; run experiments to move metrics.
  • Personal-to-team expansion: design upgrade flows, ensure every team lands with at least 3 active members, make team formation effortless.
  • Enterprise readiness and upsell: build foundations for landing and expanding enterprise accounts, including admin controls, admin vs. member-only features, and enterprise SSO integration.
