About the role

Staff Product Manager responsible for defining and leading the long-term product vision, strategy, and execution for a key global platform at Xometry, with AI-driven emphasis. Founding Product Manager for India PDT team, shaping product practices and cross-region collaboration to scale the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-Enabled Software Development: Champion the adoption of AI across the SDLC to accelerate product development, improve engineering productivity, and increase software quality.
  • Define and own the multi-year strategic product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable product plans, balancing tactical and long-term initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and continuous user feedback loops to inform decisions.
  • Serve as executive-level product leader and communicator to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Elevate product development practices by establishing best practices for roadmapping, rollout strategies, and governance.
  • Drive execution of complex product initiatives across multiple teams, managing lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iterations.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and inform refinements.
  • Identify and champion AI-driven opportunities using ML and analytics to enhance features and automation.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content, and others to deliver scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Found and scale Xometry’s India Product Development Center by establishing product practices and fostering trust and high performance.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including strategic or principal/director-level roles.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale products in high-growth environments.
  • AI-native with hands-on fluency in AI tools and a history of shipping AI-driven product changes.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills with ability to interpret data and build business cases.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence with ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
