About the role

Senior Consultant who leads enterprise change management (OCM) and transformation efforts, building durable change capability, centers of excellence, and AI-enabled tools to drive adoption and measurable outcomes across complex engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and defines strategic and tactical OCM activities across the OCM team and project delivery, including training material and knowledge base.
  • Leads the design and stand-up of client Centers of Excellence (CoE) for change, including governance, playbooks, and role definitions.
  • Coaches line managers to build manager-led change capability.
  • Directs development of scalable, self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates for future transformations.
  • Applies OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and conducts readiness and impact assessments for enterprise contexts.
  • Analyzes stakeholder impact across processes, systems, culture, and people; manages stakeholder relationships.
  • Leads enterprise-wide digital transformation road mapping and translates business needs into actionable change plans.
  • Provides change management guidance and mentorship to project teams and business partners.
  • Designs and directs outcome-based metrics and uses data to demonstrate behavioral change and adoption.
  • Tracks progress and reports to leadership; designs surveys and analyzes results.
  • Builds financial and business-case components tying change outcomes to commercial value.
  • Participates in design of AI-enabled OCM tools and templates; trains practitioners in their use.
  • Sets up digital tools for clients and provides ongoing technical support; applies AI sentiment analysis to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of recent, relevant OCM or transformation experience.
  • Experience leading and driving OCM initiatives independently or as part of larger projects.
  • Proficiency with enterprise AI tools for communications, sentiment analysis, and stakeholder mapping; training others in their use.
  • Prosci certification and strong understanding of change management fundamentals; willingness to travel ~25%.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with senior stakeholders; ability to manage workstreams with limited supervision.
