About the role

Account Executive owning Brickanta's commercial relationship with the largest contractors, developers and property owners in the Nordics. Full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract and expansion in an early commercial seat.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run your own pipeline: outbound to named accounts, industry events, inbound follow-up and the network you bring with you
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across calculation, procurement, project management, IT and the executive team, qualify hard, map the buying process, drive it to a decision
  • Run pilots designed to convert: agree the success criteria up front, work with our forward deployed engineers through delivery, then close the full rollout
  • Bring objections, competitive signals and unmet needs back into product with enough specificity to act on

Qualifications

  • You know how construction and real estate actually buy, either as a seller into the industry, or from inside it (calculation, procurement, project management, development)
  • Industry credibility is essential
  • Track record closing B2B deals with several stakeholders and a real procurement process
  • Comfortable being the first commercial person in the room and building the process as you go
  • Hungry hunter with patience to manage a long enterprise cycle
  • Honest in the room; prefer early disqualification over bad fit
  • Clear writing and well-documented pipeline
  • Swedish and English proficiency
