About the role
Senior Brand Designer to be the first designer on Norm Ai's Marketing Design function, owning brand across Norm Ai and Norm Law, with web design and CMS expertise.
Responsibilities
- Shape brand across every touchpoint: brand identity, marketing collateral, event design, social content, and internal communications for Norm Ai and Norm Law.
- Bring campaigns and launches to life: translate strategy into visual execution from concept to final delivery.
- Build and maintain design systems: evolve brand guidelines, component libraries, and templates for cohesive growth.
- Step in for web with expertise: design, build, and maintain responsive web pages; partner with developers to ship on-brand experiences.
- Manage multiple projects at once: prioritize effectively and communicate status to cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio across identity systems, campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools; strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling across mediums.
- Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries.
- Working knowledge of a modern CMS platform and ability to collaborate with developers to ship web projects.
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and align cross-functional partners.
- Self-starter with end-to-end ownership, capable of moving between big-picture brand thinking and hands-on execution.
