About the role

Notion is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and measure in-person field events that open, accelerate, and close business with mid-market and enterprise prospects. This hybrid role (SF or NYC) partners with Demand Gen, Sales, and Operations to drive pipeline and revenue through Notion-hosted, third-party, and co-sponsored events.

Responsibilities

  • Delight Notion customers and prospects with guest-first field events and experiences that bring the Notion brand and product to life.
  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs to support the AMER Sales team — including executive experiences, large-format educational events, trade shows, and partner co-sponsored activations.
  • Manage all event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, content development, and audience acquisition.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize field events and drive incremental business impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales and broader Marketing to align events with objectives for top accounts and craft tailored programs.
  • Collaborate with Operations and BizTech teams to manage and optimize go-to-market systems.

Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of related marketing experience.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt them.
  • Creative problem-solver with field events experience and willingness to build programs in new territories.
  • Bias for action and experimentation; ability to balance scrappiness with strategic thinking.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with ability to align people around shared goals without formal authority.
  • Pipeline-focused mindset with ability to articulate pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
