About the role
Client Advocate responsible for owning and managing all customer relationships throughout the contract, serving as the primary interface between customers and Peregrine’s team, and driving adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes for major deployments in regulated public-sector environments.
Responsibilities
- Own all customer relationships throughout the contract and represent the voice of the customer to engineers.
- Support customers with updates, workflows, and features to the platform.
- Interpret multiple and complex data sources (dashboards, metrics, onsite visits) to maximize user effectiveness of Peregrine.
- Manage end-to-end ownership of complex customer relationships for largest deployments, ensuring defensible impact at executive level.
- Translate technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value with senior agency leaders.
- Navigate ambiguity, structure work across large organizations, and drive progress with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts
- Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments
- Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond go-live
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination
- Technical fluency to partner with IT, Product, and Deployment teams
- Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments (strongly preferred)
- Ability to travel ~60% of the time
