About the role

Delivery Operations Manager responsible for staffing planning, capacity insights, and onboarding within PhysicsX delivery teams, translating live and forward-looking needs into clear, decision-ready insights and actions.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesis of live and forward-looking needs from Delivery / Account teams into clear staffing requirements, options, and unresolved decisions
  • Updating and maintaining resource planning tools (allocation data, start/end dates, ownership, allocation type, and timely decision capture)
  • Monitoring resource planning tools and proactively driving issue resolution (bench levels, utilisation, surge planning, project balance, demand feasibility, time-to-staff, skills gaps, and transitions)
  • Onboarding of new joiners, acting as point of contact for Delivery onboarding and coordinating onboarding documentation
  • Growing the role by proposing prioritisation principles, partnering with Talent to translate demand into recruitment priorities, and improving workflows from onboarding to allocation and transition

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years in strategic operations, resource management, staffing, workforce planning, or related field
  • Experience with CRM or staffing/ERP systems, spreadsheets, and BI tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple reporting lines and manage competing priorities
