About the role

Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead HeyGen’s enterprise marketing motion, focusing on strategic, high-value enterprise accounts and integrating ABM with Sales. Founding leader reporting to the CMO, initially hands-on with potential to grow a team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to develop and refine named-account strategy, account tiers, priority industries, and buying committees.
  • Build the ABM playbook for HeyGen from the ground up, defining collaboration between Marketing and Sales to penetrate high-value accounts.
  • Develop deep understanding of priority accounts, their business challenges, stakeholders, HeyGen adoption, and signals of buying intent.
  • Create repeatable account planning and measurement systems scalable with growth.
  • Develop highly targeted campaigns across paid media, personalized digital experiences, executive programs, field marketing, gifting/direct mail, and other channels.
  • Create personalized landing pages, pitches, demos, content, and experiences for priority accounts and industries.
  • Build executive programs (dinners, roundtables, VIP events, executive-to-executive engagement) to establish relationships with senior buyers.
  • Develop ways to surround purchasing committees with relevant messaging for champions, decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Experiment with unconventional methods to reach enterprise buyers beyond standard playbooks.
  • Identify companies with meaningful HeyGen adoption and product usage; leverage first-party signals to prioritize opportunities and tailor marketing.
  • Connect PLG and strategic-account motions so Sales knows where momentum exists inside target organizations.
  • Partner with Sales to understand blockers in priority accounts and build focused marketing programs; provide air cover for major opportunities.
  • Share account insights and market learnings to shape enterprise strategy and focus.
  • Plan for expansion to broader enterprise and mid-market segments; build scalable, repeatable high-touch programs.
  • Build and evolve the team, technology, agency relationships, and operating model for growing enterprise marketing.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience with large enterprise focus and senior leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record building and executing ABM/strategic account programs that generated enterprise pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience with high-ACV, complex enterprise sales motions with multiple stakeholders and long cycles.
  • Deep understanding of modern ABM tactics: targeted paid media, personalized content/experiences, executive programs, field marketing, gifting, intent signals, and buying-committee engagement.
  • Strong partnership instincts with Sales and a shared-revenue mindset.
  • Creative marketer capable of capturing attention of Fortune 500 executives beyond standard playbooks.
  • Analytical ability to interpret account signals, measure program effectiveness, and allocate investments wisely.
  • Comfort spanning strategy and execution; able to present strategy to leadership and ship campaigns promptly.
  • Experience with broader B2B demand generation is a plus; potential expansion to scalable enterprise/mid-market programs.
  • Experience building a function from early stage and leading a small high-performing team.
  • PLG experience at a fast-growing company is a strong plus.
