About the role

Remote Solutions Consultant role focused on Trust & Safety for Stream's AI Moderation product. Owns customer onboarding, tuning, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate moderation at scale for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and implementation: Run moderation onboarding end-to-end including kickoff, policy design, configuration, testing, and go-live for new customers.
  • Translate customer guidelines into working configuration (policies, harm categories, thresholds, blocklists, automated actions).
  • Partner with customer engineering on integration questions, webhook setup, and moderation events flow.
  • Set go-live bar with customers and manage timelines and items.
  • Continuous improvement and tuning: Review flagged/missed content, diagnose FP/FN, adjust configuration for precision/recall.
  • Investigate escalations and drive root cause with engineering.
  • Turn patterns into product feedback and advocate for changes at the source.
  • Customer enablement: Train moderators and T&S leads, build onboarding playbooks/templates, tuning checklists, internal runbooks.
  • Support renewals and expansion via business reviews, usage narratives tied to customer goals.
  • Cross-functional work: Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering on late-stage deals, pilots, and proofs-of-concept; feed product roadmap with customer needs; document processes for scalability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role at a technical or SaaS company (customer success, implementation, solutions consulting, technical account management, professional services, or Trust & Safety operations).
  • Comfortable being technical without being an engineer
  • Strong project management instincts
  • Analytical and data-driven; able to measure and report how the product performs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train moderators and discuss with executives
  • Willingness to engage with difficult content (harassment, hate speech, NSFW imagery) and support reviewer wellbeing
